Error with the VO split
There is no suitable entry in table V0 for the previous period
for the var. split of a deduct. in the prev. period arrears table

Cause

i was enter wagetype through Employee Remuneration Infotype 2010 , Rule X930 Out the wagetype with split indicator “X”
…this indicator conflict with the function “PRART” — i don’t know why— so the remaining amount can’t be passed to the table DDNTK and therfore it can’t be deducted the following month and throughs an error.

Solution:

Remove the “X” Indicator ..by adding the line ” ELIMI X” in ur rule.

The main problem is your server doesn’t have a domain , so first you have to join your server to a domain , then add the parameter of “icm/host_name_full” with the modified domain value

Note: After doing the previous settings you have to make sure that your service has been activated and tested successfully.
while you test your service if it didn’t work successfully try to replace the server host with the server IP.

Infotype 2002 (Attendances) has maintain text area (F9) lines that can be used to store comments regarding the attendance types assigned to employee. This text is not directly stored in the database table PA2002. This data is stored in the ‘PCL1′ cluster with Cluster ID ‘TX’.

Since this text is stored in PCL1 cluster, READ_TEXT function module cannot be used to retrieve it. Instead, make use of one of the 2 ways mentioned below to retrieve this text.

1. Make use of IMPORT ptext FROM DATABASE pcl1(tx) command
2. Use RP-IMP-C1-TX macro stored in TRMAC table.

Solution :
the problem was that in activity of “Time Type Determination” i was set time type M in the field “Processing Type for Pair Type = 1 (At Work)”

It’s required to leave the field blank , so function GOT TO20 01
can process the time pair .

3-Check which content repository (Archive) is linked to document type “HRICOLFOTO” and object type “PREL”.

create A2 repository , keep the document area blank,storage type as system databse,Rep.sub-type will appear as Normal by default, version no.as0046 and in contents table put ‘SDOKCONT1′ as the table name.

5- Using ‘SICF’ tcode that displays a lot of services. Under SAP->bc , there’s a service called content server interface.Activate this service.

6- Now upload the picture using TCode: OAAD

7- Choose function ‘documents->create’

8-Choose as business object ‘PREL‘ and as document type ‘HRICOLFOTO‘

9-Push the create button

10-Fill in the appropriate personnel number.

while i was copying an HR Forms from TC:PE50 , i got the following error :

Form class CEDT can only be displayed with this editor

Solution :
You have to copy using customization IMG activity ,Follow the following path :
Payroll International – > Forms – > Copy Form

1- Enter the Source client , Country Grouping , Language ,Form Class , and Form Name

2- Press Continue

3- Enter the target Country Grouping , Form Name .

4- Select the record and press Copy Button .

While i was running the payroll driver for specific employees , i got the following error:

Division by zero not performed Calculation rule ZPPF*/810 RTE=TSDIVI RTE-TSDIVP RTE*KGENAU RTE

Reason :

The value SDIVP is the employee’s basic pay divisor (field DIVGV, infotype P0008) ,
so if you didn’t create a basic pay record for the employee ,
then the field Work hours/period (DIVGV) will equal to ZERO , and since division by zero is not permitted so the system gives an error .

Solution :

1- Create a Basic Pay Record if it doesn’t exist ,

2- If you have already a Basic Pay Record in (IT0008) , Check existence of value in the field “Work hours/period” (ie. make sure it’s not equal to ZERO).
